NCT manufactures sleeves for an extensive range of industrial pumps. All our sleeves are made from Type 316 stainless steel and are coated with a flame sprayed and fused nickel-chromium-boron material. The resulting combination of hardness (60 Rockwell C) and exceptionally fine surface finish guarantees a long service life. For unusually severe environments, we manufacture Type 316 stainless steel sleeves with a plasma sprayed ceramic (chromium oxide) coating.
